In the AR group we have the most advanced production techniques. The manufacturing process is completely automated and includes only a low level of manual labour which means that all of our products are uniform and have a consistently high level of quality. The production lines are highly automated.
The manufacturing installations include: Angle and shelf panel rollforming machines, a chemical washing tunnel, a drying tunnel, powder painting and liquid painting booths, a paint drying furnace and packing lines.
The painting booths are equipped with high resolution guns which dissolve the liquid paint into a fine spray completely encasing the products. This enables the paint to reach and coat the entire exposed surface of the items.
To ensure that each item is correctly coated in paint, controls are carried out daily and mechanical and chemical tests are made on a regular basis.
The packaging of the final product is fully automated to achieve a uniform and highly reliable end result.
